Special

1. |
All
games to be 8 minute quarters with clock stopping on foul shots, time
outs, last minute of each quarter on all infractions and other times
officials deem necessary. |

When
back court checking is not allowed: A warning will be issued for the
first defensive back court violation. This warning applies for the
entire game. A technical foul will be issued for every back court
violation committed after the first warning (Penalty: automatic one
point with retaining possession of the ball). Violation constitutes
illegal defensive and/or personal foul (e.g. reaching in, tripping,
etc). |

When
back court checking is allowed: A foul in the back court will be
considered a personal and team foul and ball will be taken
out-of-bounds and play continues. |

4. |
A
rebounding foul shall not be considered a back court foul. |
